Conceptual Structural Modeling

This conceptual model was developed in response to a request for proposal for a major demolition and rebuild project in an urban environment. The model focuses on the structural system with a simplified curtain wall enclosure to communicate overall massing and building form. The project was later developed into a 4D logistics presentation to illustrate sequencing and construction planning for the proposed redevelopment.
